Airport transfers

Can you recommend the best way to get from the airport to the Jewish Quater? I am staying at the Josef Hotel.

depends what best means ( most convenient, luxurious or cheapest). Easiest is to jump in a taxi you will see outside the airport door. Cost should be 600 crowns, about 15 pounds
