New Year's in Prague - dinner and party by the fireworks??

My boyfriend and I are in our mid-twenties, have never been to Prague, and are going for New Year%26#39;s.

Any suggestions for Old Town restaurants for dinner and afterparty close to the fireworks show??

Pravda, Barock, Intercontinental and La Scene are all about 5 minutes walk from the river where you can pop out to watch the fireworks and then come back to party. New years parties are often 150 dollars a head though
