cheb is reached by direct train from Prague. takes about 3.5 to 4 hours. cheb is a bit of a non descript place- why do you want to spend 2 nights there. Needless to say, cheb doesn%26#39;t have an aiport - you fly to Prague
Hotels in cheb are the Hotel Hvezda www.hotel-hvezda.cz and Hotel zamek Mostov www.mostov.cz but don%26#39;t expect any luxury.
Frantiskovy Lazne nearby is a much better place to stay

The closest airport is Karlovy Vary but, connections are not frequent and it%26#39;s still a 50 minute drive to Cheb.
The Hvezda (3 star) is on the square and has a nice view. There%26#39;s a couple of bus companies that may be able to help you out. At the airport is Asiana bus@asiana.cz and Student Agency letiste@studentagency.cz.
Send them an email and see what options they have for you. Taxi will take approx 2 hours 15 mins from the airport so if you have the finances for it, check the private car options. Mike Chauffeur and Prague-airport-shuttle contacts are at www.livingprague.com/airport.htm
