5 star hotel recommendation

Hello,can anyone recommend a good quality 5 star hotel in city centre or mala strana ,visiting in january,dont want to break the bank balance!

The 4 Seasons has an unbeatable location and is a true 5 star Hotel.

Check out room type as there are many different rooms/suites.

VERY EXPENSIVE!!!

BUT UNBEATABLE AND WELL-ESTABLISHED

Otherwise The Aria in Mala Strana is fab and interesting with lovely staff and some great rooms.

However, this is a contemporary style Hotel which obviously doesnt have the ambience of somewhere like The 4 Seasons.

The Mandarin Oriental ha opened a new 5 star Hotel in Prague very recently

Looks fantasiic.

Good opening offers.

Look at their website.

A word of warning though, I stayed at a The MO in Munich earlier this year and despite its grandeur and superb breakfasts, I personally found it far too formal and pretentious.

Lots of celebs staying there and most guests in pure designer gear.

You could smell the money!!!

Depends what you are looking for.

The Palace and Paris are also good 5 star Hotels, but I much prefer those sited in or close to the Mala Strana part of Prague.

The new town attracts lots of stag parties and is VERY touristy.

Would advise you to make location your number one priority in Prague.

I too like 5 star Hotels, but Prague has some lovely 4 star ones too.

Ventana... its in Old Town Square. The most wonderful place we%26#39;ve ever stayed. Email them for rates. Sometimes you can get a good deal that way.

Room #25 or 26 has a balcony that overlooks Old Town Square from every room.

Spotlessly clean and the staff is something you won%26#39;t iever again.
