A friend of mine is going to Prague and she is using a wheelchair. What does %26quot;bezbariérová%26quot; means when you are talking about toilets, and also the phrase %26quot;není nebo je nepřístupná%26quot;?

bezbarier means without barriers and nepřístupná means unaccessible.

The former means that she can use the toilet, but the latter mena that she cant not?

If your friend in in the centre of town she should make use of the facilities at the Myslbek or Cerna Ruze shopping centres. Both are without barriers i.e. the toilets are accessible on other floors using a lift.
The second phrase really means %26quot;neni%26quot; there is no toilet or %26quot;nepřístupná%26quot; there is a toilet but, it is not accessible by a disabled person. This second option normally means no lift or the toilet itself does not have enough space to accommodate a chair.
