If i bought 3200 cigs in Prague and then flew to Germany would i be able to bring them in without problems ?
If so then if I flew from Germany to the UK would the customs stop me as I flew in from a country that allows this sort of quantity.

there should be no limits in importing cigarettes from the czech republic to germany. If you then imported the same cigarettes whihc you had purchased in the czech republic from germany to the uk, the import rules should be the same as if you flew from prague directly to the uk. The customs guys are not that silly
