Going back to prague in feb 07 and staying in the hotel barfo but I cant really find any info on it from people who have actually stayed there. Its in the zizkov area on orebitska I believe.

Don%26#39;t know anything about it, but I have to search this place out. The name would appear to be perfect for some of the groups I%26#39;ve seen careening around town. This looks like a photo op if I can find it.

no reviews of anyone who have stayed in the hotel on this site. Orebitska is a dark miserable zizkov street - you need to walk steep uphill to the tram station to take you into town. from the hotel website http://barfo.praguehotels.it bedrooms look basic but bathrooms clean. This will not give you any luxury, but if you are after a basic clean stay not too far from the centre (but in a gloomy area) this could fit

thanks peb7, i have previuosly stayed in the hotel victoria is the hotel barfo anywhere near this hotel? the hotel victoria was also in the zizkov area

victoria is further down the main zizkov street, seifertova from the barfo, but is better placed for the tramlines and receives decent reviews on the hotel reviews section of this site under %26quot;Prague hotels%26quot;. Only point to make, is that as the street has a tramline going down it, have a high floor room, and preferably one at the back of the hotel, especially if you are a light sleeper

which is closer to the wencelas square, the barfo or the victoria?
