bellagio is in a good location not far from the old town square. read the good reviews by many people who have stayed at the hotel in the reviews section under %26quot;Prague Hotels%26quot; on this site.

People are quite crazy in some places with the fireworks - they let them off in champagne bottles on the street and then throw the bottle into the crowd when they have finished. Cechuv bridge, just down the street from the bellagio is one of the safer places to watch the fireworks

Thank you for your feedback, i am staying 4 days in Prague then going to Vienna for 3 days and then Salzburg for 2 days.

Waht do you think about this and how safe is Prague compared to other European big cities.

I%26#39;ve never had any trouble in Prague or Salzburg but, in Vienna I%26#39;ve had a couple of instances of the %26quot;have you got small change%26quot; in the 3rd and 16th districts (centre of town is ok).

petty pickpocketing is an issue in prague, but most of the time it is opportunist against people on holiday who are not taking as many precautions as maybe they should. Muggings are very rare in prague and you can safely walk the streets after dark. On that basis, Prague is comparable to Salzburg and Vienna and can be thoight of as safer than many larger places in europe
