Birthday Dinner - somewhere special??

Hi,

Can anyone reccomend somewhere special to bring my botfriend for an evening out for his birthday on 30th November? We will be in Prague for 5 nights so lots of chances to try different places - but I would like somewhere a bit special for his birthday!

Thanks,

Hi, as already suggested by others and me Kampa Park won%26#39;t disappoint. Very pretty restuarant, good food and beautiful views of Charles Bridge and Old Town. It is on the river in Mala Strana, which in itself is lovely. It takes only a few minutes by taxi to get to the restuarant from Eurostars Thalia.

The restuarant is a so called celebrity hang out, although I did not recognise anyone. The staff are polite and effecient.

I stayed at Eurostars Thalia and they booked the restuarant for me.

Look up Kampa Parks website and maybe book it direct and tell them it%26#39;s a special occassion.

Hi,

I was at Pravda the night after we went to Kampa Park. Wish I had done Pravda first. The food is good though not quite up to Kampa Park. and not as special as Kampa Park but it did not dissapoint. It is in a good area near the Jewish quarter. There are a couple of good bars, quite slick, near by. Can%26#39;t remember any names although staff at Pravda will point you in the right direction. The staff are young and friendly. It is just as good as any London restuarant. The menu is interesting with a variety of dishes so it is not just a cuisine from one particular country. It is a modern restuarant but that is what I like. I think you will have an enjoyable evening! Their website is www.pravdarestuarant.cz.

Enjoy have fun!

We went to the Kampa Park last night! It twas wonderful....food very good and so was the service. Felt quit special getting the ride back to the hotel...spent about 120 euros for two including a bottle of wine and dessert....I just flew back into Frankfurt and then US tommorow ...will do a longer report when I get back home. LOVED Prague...blown away by the city, people, things to see and do. more later....

V zatisi on liliova is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Doesn%26#39;t have the same view as kampa park, but you will be treated there as a guest rather than as a tourist and the food is better than at kampa

I thought we were treated like royalty at the Kampa Park...two women who smiled a lot so that may have helped...haha.

When we were in Prague earlier in the year we had a fantastic meal at the Blue Duck (U Modré kachničky) - the original restaurant

Hi,

I%26#39;ve booked to go to Kampa Park in December for my boyfriend%26#39;s 40th. No mention of a free ride home? How did you get this please?

Cheers
