How will this effect the city in terms of transporation, restaurants, and bars/clubs. Will they be really full or empty?

transport will run on a Sunday schedule, but still run. Very few restaurants, bars, shops, clubs will close and it will be business as usual. Whether Prague is busy with locals or deserted will depend on the weather - if it is fine, most people will disappear to the countryside
