As someone recently back from his first trip to Prague (am drafting a detailed report for my %26quot;Go!%26quot; list), I can only add to what the majority of this forum agrees on: Prague is the greatest city in Europe. Having been all over, I can now say it using personal experience. Had no problems while there: easy airport transfer with Cedaz (840 crowns both ways, door-to-door), excellent accommodations at Kampa Garden (seperate reveiw to come), great food (you must try fried cheese!), friendly folks, good service, and the beer ..... fresh, wonderful, smooth and delicously tasty and wonderfully cheap. Favorite pubs: U Medvidku, Klasterni Pivovar and U Vejvodu. Also lunch at the Pilsner Restaurant at the Municpal House was not as cheap, it was an worthwhile expericence. I also recommend Olympia in Mala Strana for unfiltered Pilsner Urquell. And don%26#39;t leave without exploring the streets of Old Town, particularly north of the square, for the incredible architechture, the special surprise. Yes ... the Castle was crowded but manageable. No ... I had not a single problem with Prague%26#39;s infamous pickpockets (perhaps they%26#39;re a seasonal problem?) In any case ....Go!

the 3 pubs you mention are all excellent.What did you think of the St.Norberts beer in the Klasterini Pivovar. I koved the Municiple house worth paying the extra for the surroundings,did you do a tour of it?
You are probably putting the answers in your Go List,so I can wait till then.
Just chatting to a friend last night ........... looks like another trip to Prague is on the cards in May next year.
