Hi,
Has anyone eaten in either the French or Pilsen restaurant in Municiple House?
The French one looks lovely, but is expensive. The Pilsen restaurant is on the other end of the scale - very reasonable.
Any opinions greatly appreciated.

I had lunch at the Pilsner Restaurant during my recent trip. While more expensive than other Prague restaurants - relatively speaking - it is a reasonably priced place with a local beerhall ambience, an extensive menu (English) and very good Pilsner Urquel (90 crowns, which is higher than you would generally find). I enjoyed it and considered it a pleasant experience. One note: it does attract tour groups, so you may have to time your visit - or do what I did and arrive early for lunch. In any case, it%26#39;s worth a trip to the Municipal House. I think the menu is on their website... Hope this helps.
