Restaurants in the Jewish Quarter - New Years Eve

My boyfriend and I are staying in the Hotel Josef and was hoping for some restaurant recommendations for New Years Eve. We want to try and avoid the crowds at midnight and watch the fireworks from a safe distance somewhere in the Jewish Quarter! Does anybody have any restaurant suggestions please?

The rooftop restaurant Zlata Praha in the Intercont has a great view, but it is expensive. On the stairs of the Rudolfinum you have a good view.
