folkore seems like a real tourist evening. but if you are into that kind of experience, the price seems reasonable.
U vejvodu is good pub, but you don%26#39;t need to go with prague experience to go there - they have an english menu

Thank you peb7.
I will watch a show at National Theatre. If choose between Cafe Slavia or Cafe Globe for dinner, which one you prefer.

For dinner, Cafe Savoy is far better than the other two. It is just on the other side of the bridge from the National Theater -- about 300 meters. Great food and nice interior, especially the ceiling.
Slavia is across the street, of course, but too touristy. I don%26#39;t think Slavia or the Globe are really known for their food.

I have been to a folk evening with Prague Experience a few years ago.It was a great night out and excellent value for money, you can really relax as they pick you up from your hotel, all food drink and entertainment is provided and when it%26#39;s over they drop you off in the center of the city.
Not been to the Folklore Garden, but it looks like the same sort of thing.
U Vejvodu is a great pub, just go in ,the food is very good as is service and the beer superb, sometime they have an accordian player there. As you go in it looks like a small bar but head down the wide stairs and you come into a great beer hall.I have had a couple of great nights there.

I agree with brewsta. Cafe slavia is really smoky and the service is quite poor. pod kridlem on vorsilska street and stoleti on karoliny svetle streets are both within 5 minutes walk for the national theatre and are also decent

Brewsta,
You remind me that cross the bridge is also %26#39;nearby%26#39;, haha.... Cafe Savoy is %26#39;wow%26#39;, it looks so beautiful. I will surely go.
unclegus and peb7,
Thanks , I have marked your recommendations in my go-list.
P.S Any good places to eat for lunch / breakfast near Prague Castle and Pertin.

bakehouse on lazenska street near the charles bridge is a good cafe. Up near petrin hill the brewery at the strahov monastery serves fairly decent food and good beer
