U Zlatých nůžek is listed on our timehshare list of places to stay. Anyone tell me about this hotel and if it would be worth staying there?

We stayed at this hotel in October and I must say I was a little disapointed.
It%26#39;s location is excellent, just a couple of steps away from the Charles Bridge, and the room we had was excellent.
But maybe it was the lack of a decent breakfast, or no lifts. I%26#39;m not altogether sure, but I did not particularly enjoy this hotel.
We met some people at breakfast who had a standard room and it was positively pokey, we had a superior room with a view of the square.
The staff were kind of disinterested, not unhelpful really, but they didn%26#39;t put themselves out either. Reception was sometimes closed during the day and early evening.
I wish I could be more specific.
