Visiting Prague in March

good evening everyone. me and 3 mates are coming to prague in early march for my birthday. would like some helpful advice as to the basics we should know.

Anyone recommend a decent hotel with a location which we can easily go clubbing from. are all the clubs in the city centre?

whats the average price for a party of 4 to have an evening meal (with drinks)?

are there a lot of sports bars/cafes to keep in touch with the football from england?

forgive my clear lack of knowledge but if anyone wants to make a few helpful suggestions, we are open to them.

cheers

chris

All necessary bacis info you find on www.livingprague.com. For hotels, check the hotel reviews to shortlist.

hotel central is central and seems to cater for people like yourself coming to prague. meal with beer should cost 15 pounds a head. Many sports bars - two directly in the old town square and legends in tyn just behind the old town square.

most of the clubs catering for tourists are in the centre

Hi Chris .... I%26#39;ve JUST returned from a 4 day trip to Prague staying at the Central Hotel, Rybna 8. The hotel is VERY well situated for everything. There%26#39;s a Dept Store right behind the hotel and an underground supermarket next to that.

3 minutes walk to the Old Town Square where there are lots of bars etc. We didn%26#39;t bother with a %26#39;travel ticket%26#39; cos everything was right there!

Advice?.... don%26#39;t drink the water - it%26#39;s full of toxins. Any ladies in your party? Tell %26#39;em not to be too fussy about taking high heels ...... most of the streets are cobbled!

Enjoy, mate
