buying a train ticket from Prague --> Vienna

Hi,

I%26#39;m flying from China to Prague around Jan.27,2007. I%26#39;d like to go to Vienna from Prague. I checked the single way air ticket cost US$400, and return ticket cost much less, US$250. Could you pls advise me if it%26#39;s better to go to Vienne by train? And a gross idea of the train ticket price? Thank you.
