I am looking at the possbility of spending my 7th year wedding anniversary in Prague. My wife and I were married on Halloween in Mexico. One of my favorite memories of that time was hanging out at a store in town drinking beer and talking with the store owner. I think we spent the whole afternoon there. My point is that we are more interested in the %26quot;real%26quot; Prague as opposed to the tourist Prague. We would love to spend a whole day just hanging out at cafes drinking and eating and watching the world go by. We both enjoy art and music and architecture. And having been married on Halloween, we do have a taste for the macabre and odd. We like to get up early so any suggestions on how to fill 5-6 days with Prague experiences would be much appreciated.

Sounds like Marquis de Sade will be one of your stops in Prague. The place always seems close to death :-). See if you can get a package deal at the Hotel Aria if you like music and architecture. Also see the %26quot;don%26#39;t miss%26quot; list at www.livingprague.com/dontmiss.htm

halloween is very much an american thing and not observed here. There are ghost tours you can take and you will see these advertised by people underneath the astronomical clock in the old town square
