we are going to prague for just 2 nights this week.Staying at the hotel yasmin.Any suggestions for restaurants as we always waste time looking for places to eat.Also any ideas where we should go as we have only got one full day.

For a fantastic meal and very friendly waitstaff try the Ambiente Pasta Fresca on Celetna (sp?), right off of Old Town Square. Great steak filets and freshly made pasta.

We also ate at Ambiente Pasta Fresca, very nice. On Dlouha Street a few blocks off the Old Town Square, Lary Fary - didn%26#39;t look like much from the outside, but the basement dining room was nice and the food generally excellent.

Kogo in Slovansky Dum. Italian/Med cuisine. Great pastas and risottos. Try the Koleno (pork knee) at Bredovsky Dvur, across the street from the hotel. The hotel restaurant is not so good.
